KOOL F/X Inc. opened for business March 1st, 2009, and is currently offering mobile HVAC repair, maintenance, and inspection services to commercial bus companies across the lower mainland.

We recognize that most companies with large fleets of buses, especially those with a variety of makes and models, do not have the time or staff to shuttle "broken" buses to service locations across the lower mainland--so we come to you. Our technicians have broad experience servicing the most popular makes and models of coaches in operation today. We aren't just "refrigeration" specialists--our technicians are factory trained by the motor coach manufacturers to understand how to properly troubleshoot and service the complex HVAC systems unique to the motor coach industry. We realize that there are important differences between servicing refrigerated trucks, and motor coach HVAC systems, so we are focused EXCLUSIVELY on motor coach service. From start to finish, we can pinpoint and actually FIX your HVAC systems in much less time than companies who specialize in refrigeration. It is important to understand the systems, their quirks, and nuances in order to determine the root of a problem in the system. Simply topping up refrigerant doesn't solve problems--and before we put any refrigerant in the system--we check for leaks. The last thing we want to do is top up a leaky HVAC system and make the hole in the ozone layer any larger. We can keep your fleet in tip-top shape at a fraction of the cost of doing it in house or sending the work to a company that doesn't have the breadth of experience with motor coaches that our staff possess.

KOOL F/X Inc. also realizes that many of our larger clients have huge fleets, and want to bring HVAC service in-house, so we are working with TLP Educational Resources to offer top-notch, hands-on, advanced technical training to those who aspire to become certified HVAC technicians. Not only will training help you reduce your dependence on our services, but it will also reduce the downtime of your coaches--and most importantly, it keeps your customers and your drivers COOL!
